Our Menu
We source from local vendors who import directly from Italy or from growers and small businesses right here in Southern California. “00” pizza flour from Italy, giving you a strong gluten structure, its authentic rise, and pillowy texture. We ferment our dough for 72 hours, giving it a soft inside and crunchy outside that your taste buds and stomach will enjoy.
D.O.P certified San Marzano tomatoes giving you an authentic taste you can only find in the shadows of Mount Vesuvius. Our mozzarella comes from di Stephano in Southern California. They specialize in making authentic-style cheese. Our mushrooms come from Mountain Meadow Mushroom in Escondido. They produce only the finest certified organic mushrooms for our pizza.
We source all of our imported ingredients from Gusto’s Grocery. Our local ingredients come from Specialty Produce. We also support our area Farmer’s Markets to bring you a variety of the freshest local ingredients.
